Tomi Operations offers a 45-minute Clarity Session on Zoom, followed by a one-page Business Priority Plan delivered within 48 hours. The session is currently free. If that ever changes, this page and the site will say so clearly before you book, never after.
Booking, rescheduling, not showing up.
Booking happens through Calendly. Life happens too: you can reschedule or cancel through the links in your booking email. If you miss a session without a word, that's okay once. Repeat no-shows may not get another slot, because prepared time is the whole product.
Your plan is yours.
The Business Priority Plan I write for you belongs to you. Use it, share it inside your business, act on it with me or without me. No strings.
What my advice is, and isn't.
The session and the plan are my honest professional read of your business based on what you show me. They're guidance, not guarantees. Your results depend on your business, your decisions and your follow-through. I'll always tell you what I actually think, including "don't build that."
Confidentiality, again, because it matters.
Everything you share in the Snapshot or on a call is treated as confidential, exactly as described on the privacy page. Your business never becomes a public case study without your written yes.
