My work

"Okay. But can you actually build this stuff?"

Fair question. Here's the work, running real businesses right now.

OCD Home Solutions.

A moving, organizing and cleaning company with clients, consultations, projects, team members, schedules, quotes, payments, inventory and a lot of moving pieces between them.

They tried off-the-shelf project management software. It didn't fit how they worked. So instead of forcing the business into somebody else's workflow, I built around theirs.

Eight months of voice notes, ideas and "can it also do this?" later: one custom operations platform running the whole company. Not another app added to the pile. A system designed around the business.

Nine seconds of it running. Start a consultation, jump around the day, watch the AI build an SOP.
Personalized morning screen greeting the owner with today's schedule and assistant status
The app says good morning first. Clock in, see your day, go.
New consultation intake form covering addresses, rooms, bed type, boxes and moving supplies
One intake for a whole move. Addresses, rooms, boxes, pianos.
Consultation form with an emotional attachment level slider and scheduling preferences
Yes, that's an emotional attachment slider. Moving is personal. The system knows.
Field service tracking with live location, active jobs and 3,760 miles of total distance logged
Live field tracking. 3,760 miles of jobs and counting.
Contractor pay table with hours, rates and payroll export options, figures blurred
Contractor pay, hours, payroll exports. Numbers blurred. They're theirs.
Reports view with lead distribution chart and conversion funnel, values blurred
Leads, funnel, performance. One glance instead of asking twelve people.

Inside the platform: client and lead management · consultations · quotes · project scheduling · Google Calendar sync · team management · field tracking · service checklists · job photos · contractor pay · financial reporting · inventory · automated reminders · AI-assisted workflows

She said it better than I could

"There wasn't software that did what we needed it to do. So we built it."

"Every consultation. Every project. Every organizer. Every move. Every cleaning. All in one place."

"Sometimes growth doesn't look like a new truck or a fancy office. Sometimes it looks like building systems nobody will ever see."

"Thank you for taking the vision in my head and helping turn it into something real."

That's the job. That's the whole job.

Adurah.

Every morning started with digging. What's in the inbox? What's happening in the industry? What needs attention? What should we talk about today?

So we put AI where it actually made sense: a daily intelligence workflow that reviews incoming information and surfaces what matters, plus an AI coworker trained around the business's own information, so useful knowledge doesn't have to live in one person's head.

AI where it earns its place. Nowhere it doesn't.

Inside the build: AI agents · business knowledge base · automated morning briefing · information workflows
