Say it once.

You've explained that job five times this month. Where the keys go. What to do when the client isn't home. How "clean" actually means clean.

Talk it through one more time. Let Claude ask you what you skipped. Get a guide your team can actually follow, and a short version that fits on their phone.

I've emailed it to you as well. Start with prompt 1. One job. Three minutes of talking.

You'll also get my Tuesday email: one real problem from inside a service business and what I'd do about it. Unsubscribe any time, one click. Privacy, in plain English.

What's inside

  • Say it once. Talk through one job for three minutes. Claude interviews you about what you skipped (customer not home, wrong supplies, what's never allowed), then writes the guide and a crew card for their phone.
  • Test it on your newest person. Whatever they still ask goes back in.
  • What can my team decide without me? A week of their questions, turned into rules: just do it, check with the team lead, or call me.
  • Chase a late payment without it being awkward.
  • Reply to a complaint at 9pm without making it worse.
  • Rough site notes to a clean quote, sent before you're home.
  • Monday brain-dump to a plan. Fix this first. Do this next. Leave this alone for now.

What three minutes of talking gets you

A made-up cleaning company, a real way of working. The owner explained their move-out clean out loud. Claude asked five questions they hadn't thought about. This is what came out.

Fair questions

Do I need to be good with tech? No. If you can send a voice note, you can do this. Everything works on your phone.

Do I need to pay for Claude? No. Every prompt works on the free plan. Use ChatGPT? They work there too.

Why is it free? Because it's the fastest way to show you how I think. If it helps, you'll know where to find me. Fair deal.
